Cristiana was born in Rome and started her career in JWT working on international clients such as Heineken, Coca-Cola, Kraft, Mazda, Nestlé, and Unilever. She joined Publicis Italy as Executive Creative Director in 2011, working alongside her creative partner Bruno Bertelli to transform the agency into a global hub. In reflection of her achievements, in 2018 she was appointed CCO and, in the following year, CEO. From 2020 she became additionally CCO of Le Pub Amsterdam. Cristiana is the most awarded Italian female in the industry. In 2018 she was recognized in Ad Age's lineup of Women To Watch Europe, and in the 2020 edition of “The Drum World Creative Rankings”, she ranked first among the most awarded women Chief Creative Officers in the world. In 2021 she was included in the Creative 100 List of Adweek.
